How to Schedule an Appointment
You may make an appointment simply by calling 256-236-0070. Even if the office is closed, we provide 24 hours per day, 7 days per week coverage through our locally staffed answering service. In addition to our normal daytime business hours, we provide evening appointments. Weekend appointments are available on an emergency basis.

Most major insurances are accepted, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare, Value Options, Aetna, Medicare, Medicaid, and All Kids. As a courtesy, we will file the insurance for you.

Payment Information
When you call for your initial appointment, the staff will take your information regarding any insurance that you may have. If you have insurance that will pay all or some portion for your services, we will file that insurance for you as a courtesy. Every attempt is made to inform you of what we estimate your deductible/co-pay to be. Many insurances are accepted including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, Blue Cross Blue Shield-FEP (standard or high option) TriCare, Value Options, Medicare, and Medicaid. Other insurances or managed care plans may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. We also now accept most debit cards and credit cards, including  American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
